Well informed and great service from the start to collecting my lenses and frames. The optometrist listened to what I wanted from using contact lenses and gave me both available options to try. A future appointment was booked where he listened to the outcome i'd decided on and the team arranged set up/delivery going forward. For someone who has no spare time, the straight forward process was brilliant- thank you to Carmen and Natalie, and optometrist Nigel.

Had a great appointment yesterday at Boots in Ely having had a bad experience with Specsavers. This was my first ever eye exam with Boots. Emily was especially friendly and attentive and made the whole experience very enjoyable. Nigel, the optician, was also very helpful in explaining detail and making me feel totally at ease. It was found that I needed glasses (for the first time) and I bought a pair of frames and lenses at the appointment. The price was very reasonable. Overall, I would thoroughly recommend and am looking forward to collecting my glasses.
